When an end user messages our client's WhatsApp number, we receive the message content, the sender's phone number, and their display name. This is the only data we obtain from the platform.

No. PurpleFlow works with a regular WhatsApp account via QR scan, or with Meta's official Cloud API if your client wants to use a verified business number. Both options are supported out of the box.
Yes. All plans including Starter include the flow builder, so you can create menus, input steps, and escalation paths from day one. AI-powered nodes are available on Pro and Agency plans.
The bot escalates the conversation automatically and sends the agent a WhatsApp notification with the customer's details and the reason for escalation. The bot then goes silent so the agent can reply directly.
All conversation data is stored on your own server or our managed infrastructure. We never sell or share customer data with third parties. Data is used solely to deliver the messaging service to your clients.
